Today we explored the world of fears and phobias. We are all afraid of something or other, sometimes big things and sometimes small.
But when these fears become overwhelming and affect us in extreme ways, they become phobias. We looked at some very common phobias – like aerophobia (fear of flying), arachnophobia (fear of spiders),and claustrophobia (fear of closed spaces).
